Ice-Skating!!!
@ The Rink (JCube)

An outing followed-up from the last meet-up during Michael's birthday celebration
Ice-skating has also been a to-do list for Jz and I but, sadly, Jz doesn't know how to skate so I always pop the bubble in my head.
Now that we can skate as a clique, it'll definitely be more fun!

We arrive at JCube's The Rink for our ice-skating. There is another rink at Kallang but the one at JCube has just opened and is newer!
The price was pretty reasonable I'd say. We took the 5:15PM slot, 2hours w/ skates is $17.50 only!
If I'm not wrong its cheaper than roller-blading in those parks. Those are $10/hr or something.

Michael getting his hands covered from the cold.

I turned my house upside down in search of my cutesy purple gloves I bought from HK. CANNOT FIND!!!

Whoosh!

Michael doing some stretching??

Group photo!

Awww we're holding hands! No, more like I'm holding Mel's hand. One-sided love.

They look more like they're dancing. 1 2 3 4, turn and cha-cha-cha!

Babyboy having fun!

I look very unprofessional I know. Look, only.

Ice-skating is really a very different experience as compared to inline-skating.
Even though the concept is the same, but the feel is different.
Sometimes I feel that blading is easier cos there's wheels and you won't trip easily.
But sometimes I feel that ice-skating is easier cos its smoother. Well, both have their own fun-meter.

We started off at a very slow pace to get used to the skates and the feel.
Jz doesn't know how to skate at all but he picked it up really fast and by the first hour, he's doing good already :)
Not afraid to say, I wanted to chiong from the start but have to guide Jz along so I was held back a little.
So at the last hour, I chiong many many rounds! Especially the last 30mins or so. Everyone is like skating at their best speed.

Our session ended at around 7:30PM.
After resting, queuing up to return our skates, grab a drink etc, it wasn't early anymore. Of course, we walked around JCube too.
By the time we decide the venue for dinner, it was already 9:00PM.

Dinner @ Ming Chung Restaurant. Which sells really awesome special Lor Mee.
Desserts at Dessert Bowl aftermath.

Super full from dinner!!!!

Played with my leather gloves while waiting for our desserts to be served.

We ordered 1 Aiyu Mango, 3 Durian Mousse and 1 Mango Ice! Cheers for Durian Mousse!!!

I introduced them Tap the Frog and they're addicted to it until don't want to leave.

Home, sweet home after a tiring day.
My muscles were aching after all the skating wtf.

Before I end this entry...

My super blingy nails! ;)

HAPPY 6YEARS 8MONTHS, LOVE! x
