Mr Grey & Ms Brown ♥


After consistent beseeching & whining, Baby finally agreed to get a hamster.

Initially he was quite unwilling to keep it, but now he loves them.
He loves Mr Grey cause he's cute. He kept saying "Bring him out leh. I want to play."


Everything was worth the wait. I waited from morning to noon for Baby to dismiss from school.
We're going to Pasir Ris to collect our very cute little babies (!!!)

Guess who's in the box?

Our cute little babies. They're only 3 weeks old. & they're inbred.
Initially I wanted to get Puddings. But they're way too expensive at $30 each.
Thankfully yesterday when we went to buy bubble tea near Jolene's house,
we went into the pet shop & I saw this litter of hamsters. 
They're mixed Winter White & Pudding.
So they actually have the line on their backs where Puddings have.
Immediately, I reserved these 2 little xiao-gua from the owner.
When I saw the grey one, I immediately set eyes on it.
It's simply adorable!
& it's colour is unique! The brown one is when I noticed it's super active.

We named the champagne grey as Mr Grey & the slightly brown one as Ms Brown.
Actually we don't know what are their sexes.
According to the shop owner, they're still too young to differentiate.
But by their character, Baby say the grey one is male
& the brown one is female cause it's aggressive when we tired to carry it.
However, the grey one you can just disturb it all you want.

When we brought him home, he's been eating all the way.
Even when we're on the bus where the trip is so bumpy & shaky. Time to exercise more, fatty!

Ms Brown, eating the first biscuit I threw in.

Then here comes Mr Grey, eying on the food again.

I place my bangles in for them to play. Just look at how tiny they are.

Ms Brown is always hitting on the threadmill.
In the view of a female, maybe she wants to look slim? Just like humans, girls exercise to slim down.

Mr Grey's still not giving up on that biscuit which is 1/3 of his size.

Gave up, switch to eating corn.

I threw the biscuit in. & look how cute!

Disturb him while he's eating again. When he's eating, you can disturb him all you want.

This is how big the biscuit is. Compare it with their size!

Baby's attempt of carrying Mr Grey, failed.
They're very fast & hyper! It's not easy to carry them.

Finally, managed to scoop him up.

Ms Brown, getting all jealous & weeping cause we don't wanna carry her.

Mr Grey still look cute in this picture despite his buttock facing the camera.

I wanted a nicer bedding. Those with colours & it's like pop-corn.
But every where it's out of stock =="
No choice but to live with this fugly bedding that camouflages my baobeis. Their home was a bit bare.
So when Baby&I went for dinner, we got them a food bowl & a bathroom.

Ms Brown is always bullying Mr Grey when he's eating. The one on top is obviously Ms Brown.
Mr Grey's being squashed up at the bottom with food in his mouth.

Mr Grey, never ending eating. He's very greedy.
Look at how filled his pouch are already! I got a feeling he'll be an extremely fat hamster.

When he's eating, I used the bath scoop to scoop him up. & he's undisturbed by it.

Disturb again, I put a wheat seed on Ms Brown's head.

Haha. Disturbing them again.

Now they're soundly asleep beside me on my study table.

I wanna thank Baby for these cute little sweety pies.
He paid for almost every single thing as long as I like.
& for helping me carry their tank from my house to his & back again.
