♕ "Budget Barbie" ♔

Calling ourselves Budget Barbie today cause we're damn budget. 

From sushi buffet to Gelare waffles to a >$5 picnic at Keppel Bay. 

This is the kind of thing Astiana & I would do. & we love it! ♥ 

Ok since our main exams we've been saying we must meet during the hols for sushi buffet.

But the hols are ending & when we finally set a date to meet, we've tight budget. 

Therefore we've decided to just have a simple meet-up to catch-up on the gossips & bitching haha.

Astiana ask me to bring her to the place Jz brought me the other time - Keppel Bay.

So I brought her there but before that, we went to Vivo's Giant to grab some snacks!


We almost died while walking there. The sun is really a KILLER!
But we survived the 10mins walk there. Perspired like mad but its worth it. 
Just take a look at the view! I thought the view at night would be nicer but this took me by surprise!

Please tell me this place don't look like Singapore. 
I was about to check-in to my Facebook account & Astiana told me I could actually check-in to Sentosa.
C'mon, she even said check-in to Malaysia y'know! Haha! So that PEOPLE would not know where we are...

Food we bought for our picnic!

Saw that Chocolate Muffin at the top left hand corner?? Jz bought it for me for my breakfast this morning.

But I resisted the temptation so that I can share with my darling during picnic. So sweet right?? (:

In the end, we also didn't open it -.-" The 2 box of Pocky also. In the end bring home. Haha.

I told her I'd take an artsy shot of her since I am sucha POfessional photographer ^.^


So we talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk talk  all the way from 4pm since we met on the train.
From the sun high up in the sky until the sun set behind the horizon...

We continued talking talking talking about EVERYTHING under the sky.
Until Astiana suddenly pointed out to the sky "Is that the moon!??" I turned around to look & replied...
"No la! Where got moon so big & orange? Over there is RWS right? Must be the balloon or something la."
Even though I said that, I was also hesitating, unsure. So we walked over to the edge & see.


ITS REALLY THE MOON!!
It is super HUGE & ORANGE!

We spammed photos of it, trying to take a shot of it. But none of the pictures can do justice!
All the photographs we have taken are faaar from what we see with our own eyes!
Btw, the white lights on the top were lights from the cable cars. Can you compare the size now!??
We used our cameras, my own & Astiana's, our handphones, Astiana's iPod Touch... none worked.
So we gave up & took our own camwhoring shots as we walk back...

Who knows, even camwhoring shots also FAIL! Its either us or the cameras -.-"


As we walked further down, the moon was even nicer & nicer!
We're just not contented that we can't capture it for everyone to see, so we tried once more...

#FAIL!
Its ok, as long as we've captured such a beautiful scene with our own eyes... its sufficient (:


We went home together cause both of take Purple Line (so convenient to go out omg!!).
While I was reaching home, Jz suddenly text me asking if I wna eat Selegie.
Wow! This is so rare. I was actually quite tired but since this is really rare, I said ok. 
I went home to remove my contacts, make-up, & washed my face though. Really drained out.
I can't wait for shopping with him tomorrow. Its been so long since we last went shopping!! :D
