Farewell, Marcus!
I love love love gatherings with V.Stars because its always SO fun!
Today's gathering happened because CJz said he's craving for steamboat and knowing Marcus would be flying off to idontknowwhere for 4 weeks, we'd have a farewell for him which includes steamboat.
And speaking of steamboat, nothing beats home-prepared steamboats in a very cosy and comfortable home!
Yesterday's steamboat was held at Dan's and it was a late steamboat because many of them can't make it early.
Dan, Mel, Jz and I went to buy the food around evening and prepared the food while waiting for the rest to come.
Mel even made jellies for tonight's dessert! Yumz! :P
We're done preparing the food! So we went up to the bedroom and slack.
Dan and Jz was downstairs watching soccer. Borrr-ring!
At around 930pm - 10pm, all of them came one-by-one and we can finally get the steamboat started!
Was starving the whole day and only had Maggie Mee for lunch. Ok I had a prata in the evening but still...
Steamboat went on pretty well except I didn't eat much. I was surprised, myself.
And the monthly thing is making me lose my appetite. I can't drink cold drinks, I can't eat this, I can't eat that.
Even the jelly Mel made, I can only dig those without pineapples in it! But of course, my darling special made some for me ^^
After dinner, we all (except for Glor *ahem*, I'll come to that later) helped clean the, not only kitchen, but the entire house, up.
I guess Glor is really tired cos after dinner, she totally concuss on the couch. And we didn't bear to wake her up.
After clearing up, Marcus joined Glor on the couch and the rest of us were chilling in the TV room (or something).
The guys were watching soccer, where eventually ALL of them fell asleep and ended up Mel and I was watching it -.-"
Guess what? We ended up staying over at Dan's place.
Where all the guys slept in the TV room and all us girls went up to the bedroom to sleep.
It was quite uncomfortable for me as I was wearing denim shorts and I feel so dirty not bathing, etc.
Oh well...
