Through the years...

HAPPY 7th YEAR ANNIVERSARY, CHEEKY BOY!

Yes, it has been S-E-V-E-N wonderful years being together with Jz.
Every time I turn the time back to when I was in Sec1, I would feel very emotional.
We may be very young at that time, but it's the innocence that is the most accurate sometimes.
I guess it's just like how kids never lie? Cos they're way to innocent and naive. Works the same I guess.

Not sure if I've told my Love Story in this blog but our love story is simply very pure and innocent.
Ok I know I've used the word 'innocent' far too many times but that's just how we are. Last time.
And because of that, it brings a looooonggg way. And I'm glad we've each other

It's definitely a special day, yes. But we spent it very ordinarily like meeting in the morning, shopping, then dinner.

In the morning I took the effort to wake up early to crash Jz's crib.
Was a little annoyed cos I walked to his house wanting to save some transport fare and it's damn bloody hot!
Also, Jz took a little longer than usual to open the door so I was frantically fanning myself.
Didn't yell at him though. Mainly cos I didn't wna spoil our day.
And because when I went into his room, I saw a bouquet of roses and a giant box of Hello Panda. I smiled.

Thank you Baby.
All the time I've been very envious of girls receiving flowers but Jz never does that.
So I start to hate flowers and said that I didn't like them. Just to save my face.
Then slowly I start to accept that, my boyf just isn't the type of person who'd buy flowers, plan surprises...
It didn't mean he don't love me.

Ok I LUVVV HELLO PANDA.
There's once Jz bought me the Cookies n Cream flavoured one and I fell in love with it.
Too bad it cannot be found in all places. I think only Value$ has them :/

Lunch at Heartland Mall's Yoshinoya.

I wanted to whip up a good Thai lunch for Jz but I can't find the paste we bought from Phuket so meh...

We headed to town for a whole day of shopping.
Ok honestly I was kind of worried we wouldn't have enough time to shop cos we've many places to go to.
Jz want to go Far East, Peninsula etc. I wna go Taka, Bugis and Far East.

In the end, we went Taka first cos I wna use my vouchers to get my stuff.
In the end, Taka doesn't have the thing I want. So I bought it at Watsons which can't use the voucher. Wasted trip.

Nonetheless, sushi for snacks! I love salmon.

Next we went to Far East to shop. I wanted to get shoes and Jz wanted to get some clothes.
I found the shoes I wanted but thought Bugis might have more variety and at cheaper price. So we went.
To my dismay, Bugis don't even have anything similar to what I want! Like whuttt!??
I thought Bugis Street is supposed to be the most fashionable street fashion shopping paradise but they have nothing!
Seriously Bugis Street's standard really drop until like those ah-tiong style.
Or is it because their fashion caters to those secondary school kids. And I am out of that category already?

Anyways, we went back to Far East to get my  shoes and then train back again to Pasir Ris.

Since 1 month ago I have already told Jz that I want to eat the best crab meat linguine in Singapore.
And I really went to Google, ask around etc. This is also the place that XX have been raving about.

La Cantina in Venezia @ Changi Village Hotel
We asked for outdoor seats but it was raining so we sat indoors instead. Still, the view was splendid!

Penne Scallop
Scallop in light cream sauce.
I think it taste not bad and the scallops are super huge and juicy and crunchy!
However, the penne is way too hard! Like not fully cooked yet.

Linguine Al Granchip
Crabmeat linguine in creamy tomato sauce.
SUPERB! (Y) Ok maybe the first few mouth it's really nice and creamy but subsequently you'll feel sick of it.
However, the crabmeat is really chunky and juicy!

Right beside you, is where I belong...
