WEIEN'S 22ND BIRTHDAY x CHRISTMAS PICNIC 

@ Singapore Zoological Gardens

Hello! The Christmas vibe is still here though it's over. Well, we have 12 days of Christmas to be exact right?? :)

Anyway, so mix things up a lil, today (yesterday, rather) we went to the Zoo for our Christmas gift exchange and celebrate Weien's birthday at the same time! 

V apologetic to say that we're celebrating a super uber belated birthday for him because his birthday is in Octorber. Mid October to be exact. 

And we're... more than 2 months late? Hahahahha. Shame on us. 

So early in the morning we went to the zoo. 

Today's outing is a lil bit more special because we have a new member joining  us - Weien's girlfriend, JOANNE! 

And Idky I just feel super happy and touched by their stories k nvm I'm that drama. 

When we first entered the zoo we went to find a place to sit down first to have our picnic because we wanted to lighten our load.

Each of us present something and it's more of like a pot-luck. I prepared fruits (^^V damn smart right?) and Jz came to my house to make egg mayo.

Thankfully we picnic first because not long after sitting down it started to rain super heavily.

Now it's time for gift exchange! 

Hahahaha Jz has 2 darlings?? 

I received back my own present. Not literally. But, cos I helped Jz prepare his present. And he got my present. So...

And he got Weien/Joanne's present, which in turn became mind cos... only I read.

So happy cos you receive 50 Shades of Grey is it? Sicko!!!

Weien is the happiest cos he received the most presents! Presents from us for his 22nd birthday! 

A leather jacket from Zara cos he's a rider.

Ben Sherman T-shirt. Which, we got him a size bigger cos there's no other size.

After the picnic the rain shimmered and we went out for the animal feeding.

First is the feeding of the pygmy hippo. Look at the baby! It's so damn freaking cute!!!!!

While in the viewing gallery it started to rain again so we took shelter there. 

Then the rain became smaller and we continued on to the Elephant side to watch the show.

Right after the show, it started raining heavily and it rained for super long. By the time the rain because slightly smaller, it's already 5PM.

To sum it all, today wasn't the perfect day to visit the zoo.

Thankfully our ticket has not gone to waste because we only paid 50% of it thanks to Mel's cousin.

All of us went back home and I took a nap before we finally meet again in the late night at Dan's house for New Year countdown.
