A9L03: Class Picnic @ Marina Barrage

Before meeting the class for picnic in the afternoon, I woke up at 6am & went tomb-sweeping.

It was tiring as I did not have enough sleep. However, I had a great time catching up with cousins (:

After tomb-sweeping & lunch at my grandmother's place, I went home to wash up.

Met the class at Marina Bay MRT (Gosh, almost spelled Marina Baby).

Took a shuttle bus there but the distance from the MRT station to the bus stop is torturing!

The sun chose to be super glorious that day. We almost melted.

Since the sun is freaking hot, we decided to shun from the sun & stay in the shade first.

Food was prepared by the rest, not me, since I was busy in the morning.

Thank you guys for the effort, food was edible. Haha!

Aftermath, we felt that the heat outside was slightly better, so we flew our kite.

Alvis & Ros bought kite from the souvenir shop whereas Danny brought his own.

This is Danny's Snoopy kite & Alvis's & Ros's bat kite. They bought 2 of the same.

Up, up & away!!!

Just as we're packing up & about to leave, we saw someone flying this damn humongous kite.

It is like 5 times that of Vasantham Star's kite & 10 times of the Bat kite they bought.

Gosh! Everyone's just so fascinated & taking photos of it.
