HAPPY 5th YEAR ANNIVERSARY, BABY!!

(Part II)

This year, it's gna be a short & sweet celebration as Baby & I have better plans ahead (:


After taking our leave from The Hiding Place, where Baby had his soccer match,
we got a lift from Mr Michael back home, initially.
Yes, initially Baby said he wanted to go home to wash up before going for dinner. 
Our initial plan was to have dinner over at Punggol Marina's Sakura right after Baby's match.
I wanted to go home early too as I was dead beat from the lack of sleep.
I admit I was kinda pissed with Baby at that time cause I was in a rush home,
but he still wna go home & wash up etc & was still watching other people's match when we're supposed to leave.


In the car, he suddenly changed his mind after Michael dropped Marcus off. 
I thought he wanted to change our dinner venue to somewhere near to accommodate me,
so I just kept quiet as he directed Mr Michael to drop us off at Compass Point. 


While we're in the mall, he claimed that he wanted to look at handphone, so we walked to SingTel.
But to my surprise, he brought me into The Icing Room ((:
I was really surprised, really. Why is Baby so sweet?? Xoxo.

In the process of designing our very own cake (:

Final product. It wasn't very nice as both of us weren't very good at art T___T
But it was a piece of work done by the both of us. So we're really elated (:

I suggested we ditched the idea of going to Sakura, since we're also too full from the picnic earlier this morning.
Long before our 5th year, we also had in mind Manhattan Fish Market as part of the plan.
Thus, we went over to White Sand's Manhattan Fish Market instead.
It was our first time dining there, so it's a whole new experience.

I'd say the food was nice, but the price wasn't.
I'd rather patronize Fish&Co. for the same quality of food, seriously.
We ordered Platter for 2,with 1 set of soup of the day & a drink. 
It costs us $45!?? Wouldn't it be cheaper if we ordered 2 mains each?? Ridiculous!! 
When I looked at the receipt, then I realized why it was so expensive.
10% service charge & 7% GST. Shut up with the marked up price already!!

On a happier note, the cake that we made taste surprisingly nice!! (:
There're peach & strawberry bits inside. Yums! 

Baby, these 5 years didn't come easy. I love you!
